Coach of the India national side Willie Hetaraka was over in Kolkata in September and the Jungle Crows took advantage of his presence to run a couple of sessions with him. Willie is from New Zealand and has coached in New Zealand at the highest level as part of the Maori coaching team.

The New Zealand Maori team are well known for their spirit and determination. Willie was tough with the boys and worked them hard on fitness as well as technique and skills. The intensity of our short training sessions gave the boys a chance to see how they would be expected to perform should they wish to step up to a higher level.
